Doors open at 8:00 a.m.
Please be prepared to be outside for a long period of time and dress warmly. A limited amount of food and beverage vendors may be available, but attendees are encouraged to bring snacks and beverages in order to stay healthy and hydrated.

GETTING THERE
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
The following Metro stations are suggested to access the White House area of the parade route. The Metro is expected to receive heavy use throughout the inauguration and will be crowded; we encourage you to plan accordingly.
A variety of buses serve the area. Please visit www.wmata.com for information regarding bus service during the inauguration.
WALKING
14th St NW entrance
From the north—Walk south down 14th St NW until you reach the main entrance.
From the south—Walk north on 18th St NW. Turn right onto I St NW to go east. Finally, turn right onto 14th St NW. Walk south on 14th St NW until you reach the main entrance.
From the east—Walk west on H St NW. Turn left onto 14th St NW. Walk south on 14th St NW until you arrive at the main entrance.
From the west—Walk east down I St NW and turn right onto 14th St NW. Walk south on 14th St NW until you arrive at the main entrance.
12th St NW entrance
From the north—Walk south down 12th St NW until you reach the main entrance.
From the south—Walk north on 18th St NW. Turn right onto I St NW to go east. Finally, turn right onto 12th St NW. Walk south on 12th St NW until you reach the main entrance.
From the east—Walk west on H St NW. Turn left onto 12th St NW. Walk south on 12th St NW until you arrive at the main entrance.
From the west—Walk east down I St NW. Turn right onto 11th St NW. Turn left on H St. NW and then turn right on 10th St NW. Walk south on 10th St NW until you reach the main entrance.
7th St NW entrance
From the north—Walk south down 7th St NW until you reach the main entrance.
From the south—Walk north on 18th St NW. Turn right onto I St NW to go east. Turn right onto 11th St NW. Turn left on H St NW and then turn right on 7th St NW. Walk south on 7th St NW until you reach the main entrance.
From the east—Walk west on H St NW. Turn left onto 7th St NW. Walk south on 7th St NW until you arrive at the main entrance.
From the west—Walk east down I St NW. Turn right onto 11th St NW. Turn left on H St NW and then turn right on 7th St NW. Walk south on 7th St NW until you reach the main entrance.
GETTING TO YOUR SEATS
It is strongly advised that you use the main entrance, unless otherwise instructed by a volunteer.
ADA INFORMATION
Disability sections are available throughout the parade route. Each section will have ASL interpreters and volunteers to provide assistance. Individuals who require ADA assistance, should use one of the following entrances:
SECURITY
The following items are prohibited: Firearms; ammunition; explosives, including fireworks; knives, blades and other sharp objects; mace and pepper spray; supports for signs; packages, backpacks, large bags, duffel bags and suitcases; aerosol sprays; thermoses and coolers; umbrellas; laser pointers; air horns; animals (other than service animals); alcoholic beverages; weapons of any kind; and any other items that may pose a threat to the security of the event as determined by ticket screeners.
